From Struggle to Strength

There was a time I felt stuck in my own body.

Menopause hit hard—weight gain I couldn't explain, energy that crashed mid-day, sleep that disappeared, and confidence that slipped away with every pound. High blood pressure, high cholesterol...

I tried “eating less,” cutting carbs, doing hours of cardio.
Nothing worked.
And emotionally... I felt defeated, even ashamed.

But here's what changed everything: I realized that my body wasn't failing me—the methods I was using were.

That revelation became the beginning of my comeback.
